The Kia Quoris Represents Automaker's New Flagship

For the past couple of months, news has been swirling about a flagship sedan that will join the new Kia lineup in the future. Kia did their part to confirm this new sedan is in fact going to arrive at dealerships like ours here at Kia of Cleveland, but they hadn't yet decided on a name. Well now the greater Chattanooga area will know exactly what to call this new model: the Kia Quoris.

Combining the words "core" and "quality" the Kia Quoris hopes to represent all Kia vehicles by demonstrating each of those attributes in a high-end luxury performance sedan. Initially, some had thought that the vehicle would adopt the Cadenza name of old, or stick to what it's known as in its home nation of South Korea; the Kia K9. We're happy about the original naming, however as it gives Kia something unique that is going to stand out among the rest, much like the Kia Rio for example.

One thing that has us really excited about the Kia Quoris are its performance levels. The vehicle's powertrain numbers will be on par with some of the top luxury brands out there. The new Kia flagship will boast a 3.8-liter, 333 horsepower V6, along with a super-performing 429 horsepower, 5.0-liter V8 engine, which is plenty of oomph, and enough to take on some of those fancy German automakers too.

Pricing details along with other specifications on the new Kia Quoris have yet to be released, but when they do, we'll be sure to let you know on the Kia of Cleveland blog.

If you're interested in learning more about some of the quality new Kia models we have here at our location, 2492 South Lee Hwy Cleveland, TN 37311, stop in during regular business hours, and we'd be more than happy to go over each model, and schedule a meeting with our knowledgeable Kia lease and car loan specialists  who can help you take one step closer to driving off with a new Kia model after taking a test drive.
