Kia Takes a Second Crack at Touting Forte Technology

Perhaps you caught the Super Bowl this past year. It's only the most important game of the season. So, yeah, chances are you were near a TV last February 3rd.

We can't remember if it was pre- or post- blackout, but Kia ran a spot featuring a particularly hostile animatronic robot. The message was simply "Respect the Tech" in the Kia Forte and while the folks in our Cleveland, TN dealership thought that it was a good idea, it was a little over the top for our taste.

Well, we were pleased to learn that although the "Hotbots" are still around looking after the model, they've toned it down a bit. Plus, they've dropped the Stepford Wives look and gone all-animated in this latest campaign.

Taking a second stab at the same theme it certainly seems clear that our preferred automaker is serious about promoting the Forte's technology. And to be perfectly honest, we can't blame them one bit.

When equipped with the Technology Package, the 2014 Kia Forte gives you a slew of great features. If you've caught a little chill, the heated front seats and heated steering wheel should help you out. But let's say that your passengers run hotter than you--dual-zone automatic climate control to the rescue, keeping everyone comfortable.

If you really want to tech-out, take full advantage of the UVO infotainment system with voice command navigation and Bluetooth capability. And if the Hotbots aren't around to watch your back, you can always use the rear view monitor to see what's going on behind you.

There's plenty more where that came from. To hear about all of the technology and performance features of Kia's zippy compact, stop in to our showroom to have a chat with the Kia of Cleveland sales staff. After all, when it comes to Kia talk, we've got your back.
