Purchased two vehicles from them in the past, traded one in for a new 2020 sportage. Casey Roach was knowledgeable and made the buying process smooth and stress free. As we negotiated prices, at one point Brandon, a member of the finance team, just cut to the chase and said 'OK what do you want to pay for it?" So I told him - and he simply said "OK, and we wrote the sales order up under my proposed terms. What really impressed me was that after all was said and done, and I needed to transfer mypersonal belongings from my trade, it was night and pouring rain outside ! Casey went to help me move my stuff, and stayed the whole time until it was done, even showed me all the features of the new car, as well as erased my contacts in the old car for my privacy, Thanks Casey ! They are, and always will be my go-to dealership for all my sales and service. All reviews need a balance, so if I have anything to say for improvement, this is on the customer, not the dealership - review your insurance policy and see what features may already be included so you don't double-buy when you are adding your warranties and additional coverage. My husband & I had been looking for another car. Again, we were ONLY looking! But, this salesperson came out talking to us & he was the # 1 stunner! Jordan Ankey:) As we walked around the lot talking about cars..we knew HE was our salesperson! He was a teacher, because he told us the abilities about the car and he was a comedian! The both of us spoke on how students in school used to mess with our names! My name is Treva & they called me golden retreva in school! He told us the students messedwith him also, about his last name, Ankey! That got us! We are a laughing family & Jordan's since of humor, stole us!
